Do I have to book in advance?

Yes, the reservation can only be made online, you cannot pay on the premises. Reservations must be made in advance and are valid from the moment you make them. You can do it when planning your trip, a few days or hours before or at the door of the venue as long as there is availability. You decide!

Do I have to pay online?

YES The booking process of your box office will take you only 1 minute and our website is fully adapted to cell phones (smartphones) and tablets.

Is 24/7 Lockers safe?

We have strong security measures such as strong locks, reinforced doors, and 24h surveillance system to prevent theft and ensure the safety of stored items, in addition to an insurance policy. Your belongings will be safe!

How do I access the premises and my locker?

You access the premises by typing in the numerical code you received when you made your reservation using the keypad at the entrance to the premises. This code is valid from the moment you start your reservation. When you make your reservation you will receive a QR code and a numerical code in your e-mail, you access your locker by showing the code to the QR code reader or by typing in the numerical code received on the touch screen.

What are the hours of access to the premises?

24/7 Lockers is open continuously (by entering your reservation code) from 07:00 am to 11:30 pm. We are open every day of the week.

What should I do in case of any problem with the box office?

In case of any inconvenience in the use of the locker, do not hesitate to contact us through this means.
